As Chairman of Hublot, I want both congratulate you for the acquisition of this watch and at the same time apologize for the very unusual problem you had with the watch.
Believe me that such an incident is quite rare and again, please accept my sincere apologizes
One has to note (and this is in no way an excuse) that Las Vegas and London boutique are franchise stores and are run by one of our official retailer.
I will make a note to both store owners and complain about how they treated your problem.
Even if I know it will not make everything looking good again, I want to send you my personal, handwritten and till end of 2020 extended guarantee which includes regular polishing and maintenance of your watch. To that purpose, please send me your address and case number of the watch, so that I can send you this guarantee and a little personal gift from me personally.
Concerning your desire never to buy a Hublot again, please note that I understand your frustration and should you buy another brand, you mentioned AP, please be aware that I have the highest estime for my competitors and I am also convinced that you will enjoy the other brand most probably as much as you could have enjoyed mine....
