Hands on review of the King Power Paris Saint-Germain.
First of all, it is very important for people who don't know European football (soccer) some elements of context.
Paris
Saint-Germain is one of the most famous French team and obviously, the
club based in the capital. It was one of top French clubs even if its
records are far from other clubs like Marseille. But in 2011, everything
changed: Qatar Investment Authority purchased the club and started to
invest a lot in order to give it more ambition in France but also... and
in priority in Europe.
For more than 2 years, several prestigious players like Zlatan
Ibrahimovic or Thiago Silva have joined the team and we could feel it
by analyzing the latest results: French champion last year, quarter of
finalist of the European Cup last year, almost already qualified to the
quarters again this year with the objective, why not, to win the Cup and
to be at the same level than clubs like FC Bayern Munchen or Chelsea or
Real Madrid.
