PoT 2014: Visit at dial-maker Fehr & Cie S.A. (official reports, first installments)

Nov 25, 2014,07:50 AM

During the PuristS-on-Tour 2014 visit at Hublot and Zenith we were offered to make a tour at specialist dial maker Fehr S.A. in La-Chaux-de-Fonds, a main supplier for Zenith, but also quite a number of other brans including Breguet, Bulgari, Cartier, Officine Panerai, Patek Philippe or Ulysse Nardin. You will find lots of familiar

'faces' in the images.

What makes Fehr a place of particular interest is that the company possesses an impressive range of expertise, from stamped dials to hand guilloched ones, silvered to coloured ones, mother-of-pearl and diamond-set pieces.

Following the link below you'll be directed to the first two instalments of our comprehensive report:

zenith.watchprosite.com

We would like to express our gratitude to the craftsmen and -ladies at Fehr S.A., as well as the management of Fehr and Zenith for making this educative and intense visit happen.

Thus, happy watching - we are sure you'll find something of interest for you!

Cheers,
Magnus & Elio
