Actually this reference 6105-8110 was a popular watch during the period of Vietnam War

37mm. Historically significant as it is the 1st annual calendar, a Patek invention. I love the lumed Roman numerals and the center seconds gives life to the dial.

Doesn’t get much better than this for me!
