Great service by Hublot! Those are very obvious defects. Those pics to me are more than enough as evidence that QC went wrong. Also with a watch filled with precious stones and at that price i expect nothing short of 99.99%. IMO.

I took care of the problem by finding another one myself, because I couldn't get Hublot's help. I'm posting just to share my experience, not because I still have the problem. The watch in the pics was bought in Taipei Boutique, a replacement was arranged ...
