Bulgari Octo quality questioned. Pls HELP!

Hi everyone! Cheers to all watch aficionados here. Can anybody help me where I can lodge my complain for Bulgari Octo quality? My Octo with the leather strap had a problem with the movement and was brought to our authorize dealer early last year. And was brought to Bulgari for repair as it is still under warranty. After more than 6 months of repair the watch came back almost 8 mos. including the delays in sending out and back. After getting the watch back, I never get to use it and was just kept inside my safe. But one day late last year when I was about to use it the strap suddenly gave way and I nearly dropped the watch!!!! The alligator strap was just glued along the lugs not stitched as common to all leather straps!!! I went back to the AD to claim for warranty as its due to workmanship and not usage. But deny me of any courtesy or service as goodwill that my watch was away for almost a year!!! Pls help who do I contact as our AD here is not cooperative. Thanks so much to this wonderful site!!
