Hublot Geneva Days 2015 - Classic Fusion Aero Moon
Jan 24, 2015,09:45 AM
Well it has taken a while for Hublot to release a moonphase watch and I think they have produced a really stunning edition which is for me one of the top watch releases from Geneva this year! I can easily see this as being a top seller for Hublot in the Classic Fusion range due to the wearability of the case on a daily basis, coupled with the complexity of the dial and the stunning moon phase hidden behind a sapphire night sky.
As announced, It has been released in 2 different case materials being either the King Gold or the Titanium and to be honest it is a difficult choice between the 2, perhaps with me favouriting the gold version due to the contrast with the dial.
I will let the photos do the talking…
The moons and dial close up are stunning
Setting pushers on each side:
The only negative I find is turning over the watch to find a very basic movement (HUB1131) and an uninspiring rotor. I think more could have been made of this to match the wonderful dial design, this is just something personal and I am sure it will not put off many people from a purchased.
